No AF on inactive pills this month!

I guess I spoke too soon!! I recently replied to a post that with the Met/Ovcon 35 combo since Sept. 2002 I've been regular, with my period starting on the first day I take my inactive pills. But this month, I started my inactive pills on Sunday, and while my breasts have been sore and I felt kind of crampy (not full on like usual tho - it was very slight), I still have not started my period. I'm very bummed. I was really starting to feel like I was taking control of all this. I guess I should try a pregnancy test just to make sure, but my boyfriend lives far away and until this weekend, I hadn't seen him since the end of January, so I doubt that pregnancy is possible.

Anyone have this happen, where you were regular and then suddenly not? What did you do to fix it, if anything?

Just an update....I did finally get AF last night, it was just 3 days late. I hope that my meds aren't getting less effective!

I have that problem with Yasmin.

If I start the white pill on Sunday, most times AF doesn't shown until wed or thurs!

Hey girls! I am starting to freak out too! This is my frist month on the pill (although I always had periods before I started to take the pill) and I started my white pills on Sun, and it's Thurdsay afternoon and NO AF!! I am freaking out! I don't see how I could possibly be pregnant -- I mean my BF and I use condoms and now the pill, too, plus I have PCOS, I thought it was going to be super-hard for me to get pregnant anyway.

I think I'll have to buy a pregnancy test on my way home from work tonight -- I've never had to do that before! Or, could it just be really late?

Help!

If I were you I'd take a test just as a precaution, and for peace of mind. Its probably nothing to really worry about tho....believe me, I've been late and missed periods so many times. Your body may need a few months to adjust to the BCP's. Good luck, let me know how it goes!
