 No AF on NPC?
I started NPC last month after 3 1/2 years on Yasmin. I did it days 14-28 (I know, I did it wrong because I am not TTC). I plan to do it 21 days on 7 days off this month. Anyway, after the 28th day (which was Wednesday), I stopped using it but AF still has not shown up. Is this normal? I would think she should be here by now because it has been 5 days off NPC. I have had PMS symptoms or what I thought was PMS.....moodiness, cravings, even cramps but no AF. Any ideas? TIA
