Default No BCP's work for me. Only 2 options left?

I'm one of those PCOS/Endo people who has pretty much regular periods (miss usually only 2 or 3 months out of the year), but has very bad periods (painful, heavy, clots, etc). Because of all of this, the goal between my gyno and endocrinologist has been to get me to only have a period once every 3 months to give my body a rest with the Endo growing.

Over the past two months now my gyno and endocrinologist have changed BCP's on me a few times because nothing is working. I've been on Yaz, then Seasonique, then Necon 1/35, and now Norethindrone. All have left me either spotting like crazy or bringing on more than one period per month.

I saw my gyno this morning and she said in her eyes I really only have two options left: (1) get pregnant or (2) get rid of my girl parts. I see my endocrinologist this Friday to get her opinion. Being on BC is definitely not for me and the gyno isn't going to risk any BC shots as if they don't work she would have nothing to stop the shot and it would have to take its course.

I wouldn't mind trying to get pregnant except for the fact that my boyfriend and I are not 100% all the time. We have lived together for a few years, but lately I've had feelings that I just don't want to be with him and feel like I'm stuck with him. That's not what I would want to bring a child into. On the other hand though, these feelings started up roughly this time last year when I had another cyst erupt and some other health problems (eyes/nerves) come about. Then I went through lap surgery to confirm the Endo, and it's been all down hill with even more health issues (neck/back/spine). Not to mention, I obviously will probably need some sort of medical help to even get pregnant and my insurance doesn't cover infertility.

Has anyone else been through this and if so, what was your situation from this point forward?
