I can't say these are all "no carb" but they are all pretty low...
I'm not sure if you are induction...if you are some of these may be too high, but they are all fairly low carb if you are just looking for low carb snacks...

Hardboiled eggs or deviled eggs made w/ real mayo (low fat tends to have sugar)
Celery and peanut butter (preferably natural, no sugar added) or cream cheese
Those little tuna kits you can buy (I love genoa canned tuna...top of the line!!)
Chicken salad
Wasa crackers (there is a high fiber rye that is pretty low in carbs for one cracker)
w/ cheese, tuna, etc.
Deli meats rolled up (try for nitrate/nitrite free if you can)
Cheeses (string cheese is nice if you are on the go)
Olives
Canned sardines
Beef jerky (watch that it doesn't have a lot of added sugar )
Small serving of nuts
Raw veggies (stick to broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, etc.-lower carb veggies)
and whole fat salad dressing (watch for added sugars, especially in low fat
dressings)
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.). You can blend them w/ some water and a little splenda (and or add some cottage cheese for protein) and freeze them in popscicle molds...one of my favorites in the summer!

HTH!! My DH and I learned to love snacking on an "antipasta" platter...assorted cheeses, kalamata olives, etc, a few low carb crackers...Pretty tasty.

I eat a lot of the string cheese, it is simple to grab if i'm running around. I get funny looks at the check out line because i have like 3 packages of those ones with 12 in them. But i will have to try some of the other ones that were suggested.

I eat a lot of string cheese too, I just tried the stringsters (I think that's how it's spelled) they are chededar instead of the regular mozz. It's definatly a nice change. One of my favorite snacks is a scoop of slender ice cream, vanilla, (no more carbs than a glass of milk!) with a tablespoon of all natural PB, smuckers makes a good one, mixed up untill creamy like soft serve with a few peanuts sprinkled on top. YUMMY! It's sweet and salty so it really helps with cravings.

Another thing you can try is pork rinds....i know, I know it sounds disgusting but give it a chance. While I was waiting for my friend to have her baby they kicked us out into the waiting room it was the only thing in the darn vending machine that looked even close to low carb and I broke down and tried them. Zero carbs and they come in regular and spicy and I also think BBQ though im sure that one has some carbs.
