 no meds yet, but fealing awful
After a month of running from one dr to another, they finaly found out why I feal so bad - the reason is hypothyroid.
The worst thing is that sometimes my hart starts to race, I feal terrible anciety, just like I am having a panic attact. Dr told that it is all because of the thyroid problem. Until the test results haven`t arrived he can not give me any medication. And it takes about a week or two to get those results.
So is there anything I can do to make those awful panic situations go away or should I just hang on there. I feal like I am loosing my mind.
