It depends on the results you are looking for.
I use vitex to help o, and I think it helps.
I used met for 6 weeks and left it for Vanadyl Sulfate with i feel is working equally as well for me. Others might look at my chart and weight loss and think other Rx's would have worked better, but to me I was on clomid for 9 months without success (the third time we used it) and things were getting worse...atleast I'm no worse off than before, and I thing the vitex is a little better than the clomid...
