I am almost wondering if the 1000 mg is enough for me. It hasn't helped me loose weight, I have had ho side effects, and I have had 2 instances where I have dropped low when I didn't take it.
Any suggestions?

everyone reacts to Met differently. I lost weight and had all the side effects. However my Sister has had no effects or weight loss. Other cysters will tell you that as well. everyone is different.
