Talking No more face cream

I stopped using my face cream with SPF 15 a month ago. For this whole month I've only had 1 minor break out. I am so shocked! Usually my jaw line and chin are riddled with acne on & off for the whole month.
I've tried meds, over the counter, face washes, face cleansing, exfoliating, face masks, food elimination ... I just never thought of the cream I was using. I don't even wear make up, so that wasn't the cause either.
Now the only thing I put on my face is an alpha hydroxy product before I go to bed. That's it. Otherwise I wash my face in the morning and before bed.
Since it is summer I've had to bring a hat with me everywhere I go. But that is a small price to pay for a clean, acne free face
