Bree-and-Izy

DW tried to start her own account so that she could post some things and it wont give her any privilages. It says "this account is already activated so try logging in" when she puts in the activation code. She has tried it from different computers with different accounts and nothing. Can't e-mail the administrator either, just gets bounced back! Has this ever happened to anyone, if so... how did you fix it????
