I agree completely. I would use it nightly/daily to keep the hair away.
i can stand the hairy legs and arms, but my face, it just sucks
i have a good bit thats like a dirty blonde color on my chin/neck and cheeks, and im completely afraid to shave it cuz i know it will grow back ten times worse the very next day.
Okay, so I have used it three or four times on my legs. I do it every other day or so. It is too soon to know what the long term results are so here is what I have found.
- The process does not hurt or leave your skin red/bumby/burning/itchy like other hair removers can. It can get a little warm, but if you're careful it isnt bad.
- Even on stubble the hair is removed. I would do one leg and then rub both legs and I could feel a big difference.
- Since I just started I am also shaving when it is necessary. I noticed that after shaving my legs are much smoother than they have ever been. Before using when i would shave my legs still didn't feel very smooth.
- It does smell bad but not awful. I do it in front of an open window, light a candle, and spray some Febreeze.
- To see immediate results, since the hair on my legs was very short, I used it on my arms. It is kind of tricky doing the left arm since I'm right handed. But its been about two weeks and the hair is starting to come back. I was happy with the results and feel it would be good long term.
I'll keep posting!

It would be great if this were a permanent solution!
Keep us posted, ladies.
Just a reminder, if you can still get the flex pays on HSN, that's a good deal. They're very good about returns, so you're only out S&H, and temporarily $50 - as long as you return it within 30 days.
If you purschase from Sephora, they'll take anything back at anytime - as long as you have a receipt. So you don't lose anything there, at all.

I just saw this written up in Self magazine today. They said they were taking it to the experts to see if it works - but i don't know who the experts were! Or if it works! It did say it takes 2 times a week for 14 weeks to see a noticable reduction but hell for $250 if it really gives a noticable reduction that is fine with me. Would also love to hear from the testers!
The thing is Self said it works best on flat areas so bikini is a no go. You can always try though...

Over 3 months before you'll even NOTICE reduction?!?! IMO, laser is still a better investment.

You could probably pull the skin taught and then try it.

I have a friend that works at Sephora. Next time I talk to her I'm def.going to ask about this. Although I've been doing laser there are a few areas that have a few hairs that I didn't see the point in lasering- like on the chest etc. She may be able to buy it for me with her store discount which would be great. I'll let you all know if I try it.
