Erin,
I'm sorry to hear about your loss and the weeks that seem to drag on afterward. I know the angst to get the ttc ball rolling again, believe me. Unfortunately, I think your body is sending you a signal that it needs some more time to reset. A D&C might have really wiped out your endometrium, and it just didn't build up with the short course of provera. I think you should start a chart with the first day of spotting as day 1, and see if anything happens over the next few weeks. It's possible that you needed either more provera or more time to respond to it. These events are a big deal to our bodies as well as our heartstrings, and most of the time we need both to settle a while before we can conceive again.
I'm sorry that my answer isn't what any of us want, but I would assume based on lots of cases that it is good to be patient a while longer.
