My GYN started me on Yaz (low dose Yasmin) last month and I've made it through my 4 inactive pills and no period.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh great I just started Yaz this month and take those 4 pills next week, I will let you know. I was told when I started the pill it would take 3 months to feel the full effects of the pill.
Curious were on BCP before you started this one? I was and I just wonder how long those hormones carry over.

I had been taking Yasmin for the last 3 and a half years. When he gave me the Yaz last month, he told me I would probably have breakthrough bleeding as I adjusted. Well, I was bleeding very heavily when I started taking the Yaz, and the night after I took the first pill, I stopped bleeding totally, and I haven't since. LOL.
I did have cramps though, but nothing like I did on Yasmin, and my acne wasn't near as bad either.

I think the first 3 or 4 "inactive" pills still have hormones in them, so maybe that's why AF hasn't shown for you yet. Yaz and Loestrin24 are supposed to have more active pills and thus supposedly shorter AF.
