Red face No Period on Yaz

Hello Guys-
This is my third pack of Yaz. I am almost finished with my first week of pink pills. I have had some light spotting and I have been nauseous a lot. I am wondering if I should worry. I took a home pregnancy test and it came up negative but still no period.
My mother had a negative home pregnancy test when she was pregnant with me. I am wondering if I should get a blood test.

Wow, I'd at least call in the MD cavalry at this point. I bled for three weeks straight, then settled into perfect cycles on Yaz. Everyone's different, but by now I'd think you'd have settled down and started feeling better. It may simply not be the BCP for you, but I think most docs say try for three months, then decide. Sounds like decision-making time w/ your doc's input.

Of course the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you--if you don't play, you can't win.

I've always heard 3 months as a general rule also - get in touch with your doc asap. If you are pregnant, you don't want to be on a bcp.

I've been on Yaz for 5 months, and I've found that the 4 days of white pills just isn't long enough for my body... meaning I usually start my period on the first or second day of the next pack. Is it possible this is what's going on with you?

Of course, see your dr... you don't want to be on bcp if you are preggers!
