For all the ladies that were wanting a no sugar added or sugar free pudding that comes in the cups. They finally have one. I found it tonight at walmart. It is the Kozy Shack brand. There are 4) 4oz cups in a container and it was about $2.50. They are made with Splenda, no sugar alchols and have 13g of carbs, 3g of fiber and 3g of protein and 100 calories. You need to make sure you stir them up first. They are pretty good not as good as Jello brand of course. They have a nice cocoa flavor and not as sweet tasting as regular pudding plus they have the sweetner taste to them but all in all they are good for when you have a chocolate craving. But I will stick with making the Jello sugar free instant kind, I prefer the taste of it. Now if they would just make them into the ready made cups!

Just want to point out that Splenda contains maltodextrin which i believe is a sugar alcohol. It makes me bloat up , thats why i know this. Sucralose is the plain stuff but most companies are using the Splenda brand which is no good for me. Im sure its fine for many.
