Did your doc order any blood tests? What are your hormone levels? Are you IR? What about the ultrasound confirmed PCOS? These are all questions you should talk to your doc about.
You can have PCOS without having all they symptoms. For instance, I am "fat and hairy", have major AF problems, but I am not IR, nor do I have ovarian cysts, and my hormone levels are all normal. There are many cysters who are thin and not hairy, some with cysts and without. You don't have to have all the symptoms to have PCOS.
