I am on Ortho-TriCyclen lo, and usually I show spotting when I have 3 active pills left in my pack, the I get full AF 2-3 days into the inactive pills. This month however, I have had nada, nothing, niet. No spotting but some odd symptoms like breast fullness and severe ovary pain that makes me stop dead in my tracks. I thought I could be PG, but have taken tests all coming up negative. What can be causing this? TIA

I was on ortho and everything was fine until this past August- my periods stopped comming almost all together. My body went through a pseudo pg, doc's guess it was the new med that they added on that caused it. Needless to say I have had only one period since then and my body feels like its being ripped into two in my abdomen. Why it happened- well they guess my hormones decided to make sure things were good and 'wonky'. Go and talk to your doc about it- I hope this helped some...
