Nominate a community member for Glamour!!!

Well gang,

There is a wonderful opportunity to promote PCOS Awareness in a few ways!!

Glamour Magazine is tkaing nomination for Woman or your year awards in which they are asking you to nominate people in your community who have made a significant impact.

There are so many cysters who have made a difference in the life of others inclduing Kat with Soul Cysters, Linda Harvey with PCOS Today Magazine, Tarra Hartl who has selflessly dedicated a large poriton of her life to creating and moderating PCOS Communities and Tammy Dolak who has been changing lives through lifestylr management tools and resources for fellow cysters, across the web and many countless others.


So, if the community bands together and nominates someone frm oue community we can...

1. Raise awareness in a very public way
2. Give props to a deserving cyster
3. Get support fro Glamour Magazine for our cause
4. Start a media frenzy for PCOS Awareness

The more nominations they see come across about PCOS, the more likely the will eb to pick a person from the community. it would b best if we pick 2-3 people and support them.

Also, not only does the winner get to go to NYC, but the person who nominates them as well.

So, here is the link. please consider doing this. Everyone always asks how they can make a difference and this doe snot require more than 5 minutes of your time to recognize a worthy cyster, it is a no brainer!!!

PCOS Awareness took a giant leap forward today, as Founder and COO of Project PCOS Ashley Tabeling was named a top ten finalist for Glamour's Woman of your year awards!!!

Ashley Tabeling, who has been serving the PCOS Community over the
past seven years as a PCOS awareness advocate, friend and supporter
has been named a finalist in the Glamour.com Woman of your year
awards.

An entry sent in by Tammy Dolak was reviewed by a panel of judges
from Galmour who took a particular interest in what Ashley was doing
to raise PCOS Awareness, help the community and the importance and
need for more advocacy and awareness of PCOS.

Now Ashley and Project PCOS are asking for your help to get Ashley all the way to the winner's circle!

vote will then determine the top five vote receiving entries. The
five (5) semi-finalist entries will appear from September 10, 2007,
through September 23, 2007, on glamour.com, where an online vote
will then determine the top three vote receiving entries. The three
(3) finalist entries will appear from September 24, 2007, through
October 7, 2007, on glamour.com, where an online vote will then
determine the winner.
