Non Insulin Resistant PCS

My wife has PCS but is not insulin resistant. We have been through Chlomed and some other things and our doctor has told us that really our only chance now is IVF. Are there any suggestions out there of remedies for non insulin resistant pcs for ovulating?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.
