I was just curious about how Non-IR cysters' symptoms might differ from the symptoms the cysters with IR experience. Are most non-ir girls thin, do they suffer more hirsutism, acne issues, or hair loss etc?

I think it depends on the person. I'm non-ir at the moment and scared of becoming IR every day. I have hirsutism, always had acne issues, no hair loss, over-weight but loosing some every day from BCP.
Are you asking what are they typical symptoms for a non-ir person? Even if you have non-ir that doesn't mean that you are typical or even non-typical.
I hope this has answered at least some of your questions.

My blood work shows I am non-IR and I have the classic symptoms... sometimes irregular periods, heavy/clotting, acne, oily skin, have had 2 cysts erupt, depression, over-weight (apple shaped), etc. My Dad was recently diagnosed with diabetes so I'm wondering if it's going to be a matter of when that I become IR.

I am Non-IR PCOS. I have struggled with weight, irregular cycles, some facial hair, some "shedding" of my scalp hair, and infertility.
I have had my blood tested yearly the last few years and have always been normal.

What is apple shaped? I never hear of that before. Do you mean pear shaped? or that your middle is bigger than your top and bottom?
I'm not trying to offend but I am really curious about that term (apple-shaped). Is that term something used only in your area?

The apple shaped woman carries most her body fat in the abdominal region. She will generally have narrow hips, larger breasts, and a relatively large waist. Apple-shaped women have more fat surrounding their internal organs (visceral fat).
This kind of fat presents many more risks than subcutaneous fat; it decreases insulin sensitivity, raises blood pressure, and decreases levels of 'good' (HDL) cholesterol. These are all key indicators of heart disease risk and diabetes risk.
The higher the waist to hip ratio, the higher the risk.
