Default Is this normal?

Is it normal to fluctuate moods so rapidly in one day whe having PCOS?? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

I don't know if I will be much help, but I will try.

I think the hormone imbalance has some affect on the moodiness that a lot of us feel. I know many times I can go from happy to crying to mad, etc. all within the course of the day. It is not everyday though, but there are days where I experience every emotion out there. Your body is going through a lot, so it is very normal to have those mood swings! I think the key is to relax and take time for yourself. Hope that helps!
