Default I don't remember

I don't remember having any problems like that. Only the vocal cord paresis. and no voice. So did they end up doing a total Thyroidectomy? The anniversary of my removal was this past week.

Hope you are doing well and healing fine.

Cindy

They may have nicked something while there were in there, like a muscle or nerve. Ask your surgeon or physician about it at your next follow-up. A friend of mine had paralysis spasms that pinned her chin to her chest for an hour or more at a time, for several months after the surgery.

I thought your surgery was March 26 - sorry I missed wishing you well. Glad to hear it sounds like you're doing OK overall.
