Help, im so frustrated. Im in the process of a diagnosis..i went for my pelvic u/s and i had enlarged ovaries and the pearl of cysts around both of them...my gyno sent me to an endo and ive just had every blood test under the sun done and everything is NORMAL...my blood sugar was normal, thyroid, cortizol and my glucose test where u drink the yucky stuff was normal. I have weight gain in my midsection...Ive gone up 2 pant sizes since May. Has anyone else had normal bloodwork and these symptoms? I go back to my gyno in 2 weeks and my endo in a month....HELP........thank you
did they just say they are normal...or did you get copies for yourself???
if you already have the copies... post the results here..if not..do not take any docs word that something is normal without having the tests results yourself ...
blood tests have ranges..adn sometimes even if a test is within range..it may not be an optimal range..

hello, no i do not have paperwork...the nurse just called me and said that everything came back normal...i will call today to get a copy of my bloodwork and ill post it....my gyno has me on yasmin right now but i want to stop taking it...im having horrible side effects from it...as soon as i get my tests ill post them...thanks for your reply....talk to you real soon....
You said you did the glucose test but did they do an insulin response to glucose and a fasting insulin level, insulin is the culprit for IR not glucose.

hi, yes i believe so...i had to fast for 12 hours and then i had to wait two hours after drinking the drink and they took another blood test....i called today to get a copy of my blood work sent to me so i can post it and compare to others im hoping....
good for you....never take the their word that "everything is normal"...let usknow when you get the results xo jenn
