Default Is it normal to gain weight after M/C?

I am not an overweight PCOer, but since my M/C at the beginning of April I have put on 5 lbs without a change in diet, and for the last week I have been exercising daily at the YMCA. Could the cause be hormonal?

I'm not sure if your m/c is the reason for your weight gain or not. I did not have any weight gain after my losses but I'm a larger cyster. Hopefully, another thin cyster will see this post and be able to answer you better.

((((big hugs)))) and I'm very sorry for your loss.
