Multiple follicles on your ovaries doesn't mean anything other than you have follicles on your ovaries. Women can get multiple follicles on their ovaries without ever having PCOS. It also doesn't mean you have good or bad ovaries. Every women has multiple follicles on their ovaries at some point. An ovary will develop multiple follicles early in a women's monthly cycle, normally what will happen is that one follicle will become dominant and the others will disappear. The dominant follicle will become a cyst which is where the egg is released from when she ovulates.
Polycystic ovaries are a symptom of PCOS, they don't indicate it on their own. One of the reasons for this is because women without PCOS can have polycystic ovaries and vice versa -- women with PCOS can have ovaries that are not polycystic. If you don't have any other symptoms of PCOS I wouldn't worry about it.
