I've been on met for two whole days now. I was so nervous about taking it reading all of the horror stories here but I figured everyone was different so I might as well at least give it a try.
Yesterday went ok. I had some of the intestinal cramping as I expected but no um, ah, emergency bathroom breaks if you know what I mean.
Today though, I've had NO appetite and (sorry if TMI and I'm embarassed to say but) gas. My tummy is making such weird noises - I'm sure everyone can hear! Has anyone else had this on met?? |

I've been on it for almost 2 weeks and my appetite was gone last week, but i seem to be eating more this week (thanks, AF!) I have noticed that although my appetite has come back, I no longer YEARN for sugar the way I used to. Good Luck to ya!

I also seem to be a bit nauseous, but it comes and goes, so I'm sure once my body is adjusted to the new dosage it will settle down. |
