Default Normal TSH, low T3

I got my lab tests back, and I have low T3, lowish-normal T4, normal TSH and low levels of thyroid antibodies (which is a good thing).

These results suggest that I have poor conversion of T4 to T3...how is this treated? Should I ask my doctor to prescribe thyroid hormone? Or...is there any way I can improve my T4-T3 conversion?

Some people believe that if you have any antibodies at all, then you have Hashi's. A healthy body would not be attacking its own thyroid. Supplements can help assist thyroid hormone to work better but depending on your symptoms natural thyroid may help you. With low-"normal" results i certainly don't think it would hurt.

Could you post the actual numbers with their ranges please?

You need to take active T3 - brand name Cytomel. It has made a world of difference for me! I take T4 Levothyroxine as well.
