Question Is this normal when using NPC ???

Since the day I have been using it I feel so crampy and sick!! I felt so yucky last night I didn't even want to stand up because I was afraid I would puke!!

Should I only use it once a day or keeping doing what I'm doing?

Hi Torie

That is really strange. Are you sure you're not coming down with something (flu, etc)? You're using 1/4 tsp day and night? I would give it about a week and if you're still feeling icky cut back on the amount you're using. NPC has no side effects so that is why this seems strange to me. The only thing it can do is cause sleepiness if you use too much. I did experience some strange feelings when I first started using it (i.e. spaciness / out -of - it) but all of that subsided after one week. That stinks if you're feeling pukey and I know you are probably tired of feeling this way but I think you should give it more time. I wouldn't be surprised if you're getting some kind of bug that is causing this ickiness.

I agree with Crystal...it shouldn't have you feeling like that?! The Flu is going around full force in my area, maybe yours too? Drink lots of fluids and call in sick one day if you have to, but don't give up on the NPC! Have you ever taken provera before, if so, did you feel weird on that? Let us know how you're doing!

I have not taken provera. I just got over a cold (still got the cough though) and I don't think I'm coming down with something.

I'll keep trying it and let you know how it goes! Ugh!

********* UPDATE *********

Ok, this is really TMI so I apologize.

I put the NPC on this morning, 1/4 Tsp. of it on my lower tummy. I am now feeling crampy. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there were 2 long thick, dark blood strings (Told you it was TMI). Does this mean that the NPC is working and Af should be coming? When she comes even if it's before the 14 days I started using it do I stop or continue??

Thanks!

Yes, you are due for AF, and the cream was enough to start it! You can probably stop it, and let AF come! I hope you feel better

Hi Torie

YEAH!!! It sounds like the NPC is already starting to work!! The only thing I'm going to tell you is that the blood needs to be RED not brown/black - if its brown/black that means you're just spotting. Don't stop the cream until you see RED blood. I'm amazed that it seems to be working for you already since you've only been using it for a few days. WOW! Thats some strong cream! lol! Well, keep us posted!
