is it my heat is on too high- when i blow my nose that is awfully runny this week- i get a little blood- i am only takin yaz right now...is it a side effects of the yaz, pregnancy, or too much heat???

now i have a fertility/reproductive endo!

It's most likely the use of the heater. This happens to a lot of people frequently in the winter time when we are stuck indoors for long periods with the dry heater air. It may help to sleep with a cool mist (or warm if you prefer) humidifier in your bedroom. You can also try a saline nose spray or a tiny bit of vaseline applied in your nostrils with a Q-Tip. Hope that helps!

I would say it is most likely the heater. Dry heat will cause that a lot. As Fairy said, I would get a cool mist humidifier and use it, especially in your sleeping area.

I take met and yasmin and alegra and I get nosebleeds,too. Just food for thought - I didn't get them before I started the yasmin and now I do..I thought maybe it was the alegra but I am not sure anymore.
