I have been diagnosed with both PCOS and endometriosis. After having a lap in Dec 2007, I've been on femara for endo. Femara alone wasn't stopping my period, so my doc put me on depo lupron for 6 months. That stopped the cycle, but about 6 weeks after my last injection, my cycles returned each month. I'm still taking femara and the doc last month gave me loestrin 24 to start taking (only the hormone pill). He said that if the cycle came this month then he thinks i might have a polyp.

I started spotting last week and have been spotting for 8 days (longer than any menstrual cycle.) The other day I passed what could have been uterine lining. It looked like a little white sack. I was a little freaked out by it because during my period, I'm used to any lining being red, but this was completely white. It had a hole on one end, so it made me think that something had maybe burst and the blood spotting is from that????? polyp or cyst? I'm suppose to go to the doc this next week, but wanted to know if anyone has had similiar issues? pass any white lining?

Have you told your doctor about what you passed? I wouldn't wait to see them.
