Most of us don't have all of the symptoms. To complicate things even more, some of us don't even have the tell-tale cysts on our ovaries!
Ask your doc to check you out - your FH:LH ratio is the clue. It should be 1:1 (or very close to it). If it's off, and everything else has been ruled out, it's PCOS. But I think you can have PCOS and still have these numbers match up okay. Confusing, huh?
Basically, you need your doc to rule out everything else before you decide it's PCOS. I think it is, though.
