Default Not New to PCOS but New to the board

Hi. I'm Ally I live in SC and the N. Charleston area. I'm not new to PCOS I just am not very informed about it. Until now I just did what the Dr. told me to do and went about my merry way. In Aug. 2006 I was very lucky to give birth to a beautiful baby girl. Actually found out I was pregnant 4 days before I was to have a couple of procedures done. It took 6 months of clomid and metformin to conceive. Anyway I can't wait to get to know others with PCOS and hopefully get alot of information that I need.

Welcome! I am sure you will find plenty of information here. Since you conceived with clomid, you may be able to help others ttc with clomid on some of the PCOS and infertility boards.

D.J. yes it can be done. It took a lot to get there but I have a little terrible 2 toddler around my house to prove it. Try as best you can to be relaxed about it. I know that's easier said than done but it's the truth. Good Luck!

hi all. I am also not new to pcos but am new to this board. Actually joined because of my dd who is 6 years old and looks like she has ncah! I concieved via birth control and then clomid. Just gave birth to dd Dec 23rd without intervention ....she was a suprise. Glad I founf it here - I've really come to terms with my pcos but now am dealing with issues of guilt with my daughter going through ncah!
