I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in high school, now at age 32, I'm newly married (just celebrated our first anniversary in June), and we've decided it's time we want to start trying for a family.
I was diagnosed last year with Endometrial Complex Hyperplacia with Atypia (basically pre-cancer of the uterus), so this last year I have been on Megace to prevent my lining from thickening, and therefore no cycle. May 7th was my last day of it, and I'm now pre-cancer free. YAY!
I'm on CD 28 of my first cycle since getting off the Megace, I have no clue what's going on with my body if I'm ovulating or not, and when if I am. I've just started charting mid-cycle. I've actually taken a couple (or a few rather HPT this weekend just to see but only to be disappointed.)
I hope this journey of TTC isn't going to be a long and difficult one for any of us, but I'm very glad that we are here to support and understand each other.
Just wanted to send some good thoughts your way. I'm back at SC after being gone a while, and I can tell you that you will find tons of priceless support and information here.
Welcome!
