Not normal for me cramping? About two years ago I went on my first low carb diet to get my pcos under control. I lost 45 lbs (since gained back, but I'm at it again!), and AF was coming every 28 days for 7 days. Seriously. However, in my entire life I never had any cramp with my period. None. I was LUCKY.
So on that diet two years ago one day I started feeling a little uncomfortable. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me (a testament to the fact that I had never had a period cramp before). When I found myself bending over a stool at work to press my tummy against it I realized. I think I actually exclaimed out loud. lol
So now I am again on this beat pcos kick, and my period started this morning. Tonight, sitting here, I'm having mild cramps.
Has anyone else experienced this? Not ever having cramps with their periods until after low carb? Or even meds?
Thanks!
