I've been testing since CD11 and am now on CD16 with negative results. I'll keep testing but am wondering if PCOS affects LH surge detection? I know there is a question of anovulation with me. I have regular cycles but not what I would call a "normal" period.

Yes PCOS can affect LH surge detection. LH surge detection can be tricky even for a "normal" person!

Amanda, I temp every morning. I have never used an OPK. They just don't work for me. I am anovulatory, though. I have done 8 clomid cycles and now am in my first injectables cycle. If you are anovulatory and not on any meds or herbal remedies, you may want to add something to your cycle, either natural or prescribed.
