Not sure whats going on

I have no clue what’s going on with me but a million things are running through my head. It’s actually a multiple of things. I figure if I post it might make sense of it for me or anyone else.

A few months ago I got this terrible cough and went to the Dr. The did an x-ray and said there was shadowing on the lower lung so at this point they were treating pneumonia. After 7 days I still was sick feeling so they switched meds and I started feeling a little better. However the cough stayed but maybe not quite as bad. I did not think too much of it as coughs can linger. Well 2 weeks ago I felt like crap again and cough was bad again. So I went in (we moved in the process so different Dr) and another x-ray saying shadowing and they would treat it as pneumonia. When I mentioned that was exactly what the last Dr said he sounded concerned and said I need to go get a CT scan. (It was an urgent care place I went to since I have not found a new Dr here yet) He did give me a stronger antibiotic in the meantime. I feel a little better but the cough is a mess still. I sound like a long time smoker and I am not a smoker! So anyhow all this concerns me because the thought of a CT scan and finding something serious is scary!

Another issue is my bladder. A little TMI but especially since I have had kids I can barely hold it. I sneeze I pee I cough I pee (not a good thing with this cough I have had) even if I just peed!

The last thing and I doubt any of these are related but who knows. AF has always been very irregular. When I had my dd, she was 18 months before AF showed. (I breastfed until she was 15 months though) Then She showed up again 2 1/2 months later, then 1 1/2 months. I was excited because I am not sure I have EVER had AF that close together on her own. Well now I have not seen her since Feb 4th. So over 3 months now. DH and I are not using any protection and are just undecided if we are finished. Except I know I do not want to go through fertility meds again. It was just so emotional. Well here is the thing.....the past few days my boobs have felt full. So last night I was looking at them and squeezed the nipple. A tiny bit of discharge came out. Looked sort of like milk. My daughter is 28 months now and I know I stopped producing a long time ago. So of course miracle pregnancy is on my mind now too.

So I am scared I have cancer or something, am pregnant and that my bladder is falling out! I have never been a person to panic but good grief I am feeling a little bit of anxiety now!

Ok, first thing first, don't panic until you know for sure. DRs always rule out the most serious things first, and they do this by doing the most serious tests first. It could be nothing. I do understand you being nervous, but thinking negative is only going to make you feel worse.

The peeing thing happens after you have kids. My mom and my cousin went through this. It has to do with muscles in that area. My mom always told me to strengthen those muscles when you are peeing, stop and start again, and keep repeating this while you are peeing.

And for the 3rd thing. All I can say is go take a pregnancy test. Its the only way you are gonna know for sure. And then after you find out if you are or not you can go from there trying to figure out where AF is. I know before I went on Lupron I never had a period...I went almost a year without one. They just stopped. I know I took test after test...wishing and hoping and here it was just the PCOS.

Ok update. Took a test and BFN. So that is the first step. I have an OB appt June 3rd. So now I need to find a primary Dr and work on the ct scan. I am going to take it slow and work on each thing. I think I am just so over feeling like crap lately.
