Default Not sure where these emotions come from.

I've noticed recently that I've been gettng super upset over the tiniest things.
I'm not sure what is triggering these emotions, but I get so frustrated and tense that I just want to scream.

I'm super stressed about my home. It's a mess all the time, as much as I clean and clean, it just seems like it's never ending. This is where it starts, and it just escalates from there.

DB tries to help as much as he can, but most nights is sitting on the puter or in front of the tv in his boxers....it's driving me MAD!! I've asked him to just put some clothes on, he refuses saying that hes' comforatable. It just makes me nuts, mostly because he looks lazy.

I'm so venting right now..I'm just so upset....and I don't know how to calm myself down.

Hi dazee, I suffer from mood swings too. It can be hard when you're feeling these emotions which seem to be coming from nowhere. Sometimes, I find that there is an underlying cause, which may be unrelated to the issues that irritate me. For example when I was unsure whether I'd get into school, I often snapped over unrelated things. And sometimes it is just hormonal. I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with that, although I find that often journalling will help. I'm sorry you're having a hard time, dazee. (((hugs)))

When I am stressed out, the first thing that annoys me is dirt and clutter. It's what DH has to hear about, often because I feel like I am the person who is doing all of the work. Are you getting any down time for yourself? I know that that's my trigger & if I see DH sitting around having down time while I'm busting my butt, my annoyance level triples. I agree with oaktreegirl. If you can figure out what is triggering the feeling, it will help you deal with it. I think we've all had days like that. When you're days start turning to weeks, it's a hard thing to deal with. I hope you find something that works for you. Until then, vent all you want here.

Melissa

I feel your pain. It gets so bad sometimes, I'm surprised my DH hasn't left yet. I would have left me months ago! This board helps me tremendously. I'm glad we have each other!
