NOTICE: What affects/decreases/increases my post count?
If an OP deletes a thread (for any reason) that you've posted on, your post count will decrease.
If I purge threads that you've posted on your post count will decrease. (I haven't purged any lately.) Sometimes I'll delete multiple posts on the same topic (like the multiple posts asking the exact same question about post count.)
Several forums (ie Buddies and Games) do not increase post count.
Your post count doesn't update as soon as you post. The board updates periodically. I don't know what the interval is, but I know it's not 'instant'.
From time to time when there are server problems, or the techs are working on the server (as they have been for the past 5 days, as posted in ASK KAT), post count may be effected. Please check ASK KAT or BOARD FUNCTIONS before asking a question to see if it's already been asked and answered.
Points and post counts for each forum are listed in the lower left hand corner of each forum
Over the next few weeks, I'll probably be adjusting points. For instance, I'll probably award higher points for reading RESEARCH ARTICLES.

My posts number has been unchanged for a while now. I was wondering if its something i am doing wrong bt it has been at 21 for a while..

You said that the main Buddies board does not count for posts. Does that mean the TTC buddies boards?

I recently signed up, and I've posted way over 10 posts, and still the post counter is stuck at 4!!!!!!! I am unable to view other members photos or siggies, and it's really frustrating...
I'm sure this site will prove very helpful, but I also want to feel "PART OF THE GROUP" and being limited by low post count is frustrating! HELP!
I was just hoping you could update my count, so that I'd be able to view all the siggys and photos of the other members. Because IN FACT I do have many more than 10 posts, but for some reason my count is stuck!

Posts and points are not the same thing. "Posts" are when you create a thread or reply to someone else's thread. By posting, you gain "points" which will eventually be able to be used to by gifts, ribbons, be donated, etc.
If you go up to your last post and click on your username, Danna_Mother2Yusef, it will open a drop down menu.
Click on Find More Posts by Danna_Mother2Yusef. This will show you all your posts, which as of right now is only 6.
If you're positive that you've made more than 6 posts, the other possible explanation is that the other threads in which you replied to were deleted, which in turn reduces your post count.
