I recently came across this forum after searching online for natural remedies for PCOS. First I want to say thanks so much to everyone for all the info that's been put up here I was so confused before I found these message boards. From what I have found the multi-vitamin I'm going to order is NOW foods, Special Two. I'm confused about taking the tablet vs the vcap. I'm mostly concearned about the size of the pills I had gastric bypass surgery about a year and a half ago so I can't take any huge pills so if these are both really big pills does anyone have any idea if one would crush better then the other. Also if the taste of these crushed even if they are mixed with something is even going to be something I can stand everyday? Any insight would be appreciated Thanks!

I take NOW special two multivitamin in the capsules, the tablets are larger! Its 4 capsules per day.

Thanks Herbs girl I was hoping you would respond I have read tons of posts on here and yours are the ones I have been going back to. Thanks so much for all of your help, I was so confused before I started reading your posts!

I've been taking it... I take the tablets and they are huge. I have no idea how they would be crushed. I DO love them though!!!
