Npc?

I found NPC at wal-mart and bought it and I was wondering if its the right kind? The box says to use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon once to twice daily and to apply to the palms of your hands, soles of your feet or any other soft area of the body . I was just wondering if this is the right kind to use and if I should use 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon ? I also was wondering when I should start taking the NPC? I also take vitex 1000mg aday and it brought af last month. Thanks

As long as it is designated USP ( which means united states pharmacopiae) dont use ones that the active ingredient is wild yam or its deritives. It is not the same. Make sure to use if after you 'o' because if you dont it will stop the 'o' I use mine cd 14 until af shows up and that has made af really regular for me. If you are not sure when you o then I would use it cd 21 until af just to be sure that you dont stop the o from happening. hth

I used the wal mart brand and it brought on AF for me. I never ever ever had AF on my own. I probably used 1/2 twice a day for 14 days in the beginning.

Use starting on day 8 of your cycle until day 26. Twice a day. That is how I take mine but I get mine from a dr.
