Hiya ladies!!

Okay, here is my confusion, I hope someone can help me here.

I have been taking NPC for 25 consecutive days to give my ovaries a break, and off for 5 days... That part is easy enough...

My question is, now what do I do? Do i wait for AF in order to use it again? Do I continue the NPC again after the 5 days are up reguardless of having AF or not?

I wanted to start the 14 days on and 14 days off treatment, but its kind of hard when AF is nowhere in sight, ya know??

Im so confused! Please help if you can.

hi rapunzel, if you have no af after day 28 just count the days anyway (up to 28) and 5 days after day 28 restart the cream.
