Ok...I did a search to see if I could find the answer but I couldnt so I wanted to ask here...

I went to GNC and got Progesta Progesterone Cream. I started it yesterday night when I got home from the store. Now, on the back of the box, it tells me to take it for 21 days on 2x daily, and 7 days off. BUT, I have read in different articles that PCOS ladies are supposed to take it 2x daily 14 days on and 14 days off...Which one???

Also, I havent had a period in a long time, so obviously I couldnt start on a specific cycle day...

I am just kind of confused with the different advice, so if anyone can give me any insight, I'd appreciate it.

I don't think it should matter either ways - 10 days would probably be the absolute minimum amount of time to use it to bring on AF. The 21 day advice sounds like you use it every cycle instead of bcp.
