hi. i have had pcos for years and have always gone like 4 mos b/t periods. i was lucky enough to get pregnant with fertility assistance, and just had a baby. after baby went 60 days, no period. used progesterone pills to cause period. then used npc cream and got period 5 weeks later. next month got period exactly 28 days later - wow. amazing. but then last month seemed to start bleeding after 3 weeks. i immediately stopped npc cream per instructions and thought that something weird must have happened. but then this month, i just started npc cream today and started bleeding. i'm beginning to think, last month and this month's bleeding is more like a break through bleeding from bcps than true period. i have no cramps, or menstrual symptoms other than bleeding. i read somewhere that this could be cysts breaking. any thoughts?
