Hi ladies,

Just wondering something. When I have taken Prometrium to bring on AF, I took it for 10 days, yet with NPC cream, 14 days is recommended. I guess my question is, how long have some of you guys taken this? I've only done 3 days so far with 1/4 tsp. and I'm starting to spot already. With Prometrium, sometimes I never even got AF. Just interested what everybody elses experiences were. Thanks!

I never take it the 14 days. I usually spot about 7 days in to the cream so I stop and AF comes full flow. I think when you do the NPC shutdown, you need to do the 14 days. HTH
