Default NPC- how to use it

I started using NPC almost 2 weeks ago and for the past couple days my bb' have begun swelling and are very sore, like AF was going to come or something. Am I supposed to stop the NPC in order for AF to show up? My plan is to start taking dong quai and Vitex when Af gets here.

Any ideas on the use of NPC? Do I just continue it until AF gets here or will it take me stopping it to get withdrawal bleeding?

Don't quote me, but I do believe that you need to stop the npc. Cause the progesterone suppresses Af.

You use NPC 14 days on and 14 days off... so it helps to mimic a 28 day cycle!

Now injectibles cause you to develop and mature more than one egg right? Then presumably, they will pop. The empty egg follicle will release progesterone and if you have several follicles at once, you will release a LOT of progesterone, so I would say No. Also, using NPC at the wrong time may interfere with them releasing (work like a birth control pill).
