Default NPC and Metformin

Hi Ladies

I am getting some NPC this week and I was just wondering if any of you have used it along with Metformin, and has it helped with AF or getting a BFP?

Also any advice on how offten to apply it and how long should I use it for.

I have read some wonderful things about people who use it and I was just wondering what your personnel journey were.

Thanks for listening

Charlotte

Yes you can use the 2 together. It hasn't made me O or get a BFP but it does bring AF. If you are O'ing, start using it 3dpo until a BFP is confirmed. If you have a BFP, you can continue using it until 12-13 weeks. I spot before I stop using it so I pretty much know I am not pg. If you want to give your ovaries a break, you can do the NPC shutdown, there is a post below about how to do it. Most NPC comes with pre measured spoons and you would apply it 2x per day on either your inner thigh, wrist, stomach or any other areas where the skin is thinner. Alternate these spots daily. Make sure you get a bioidentical cream and not wild yam cream (it's most like your own natural progesterone) Good luck!
