I can't confirm for you if it does in Canada. It does need a prescription in the UK and Aus... You can get it freely over the internet or from a health food shop in the US.

DD (7) - conceived via IVF (FET) after 2 years of infertility treatment
DS (3) - conceived after 2 years of natural therapies
In the US you can get it at health food stores and some drug stores. I am not sure about Canada. Depending on where in Canada you are maybe you can get some if you come to the states.
I'll have to ask my doctor in September. Now...can everyone take it for MC prevention, or do your doctors check specifically for low prog. if you have pcos?

I went and picked up some progesterone cream the other day and have a question in addition to those listed here.
After my u/s showing polycystic ovaries I started doing some research and saw that PCOS is often times associated with a progesterone deficiency. I got to thinking about my last cycle where I took provera to bring on AF and instead of having AF I ovulated shortly after taking my last Provera pill... so I thought ..hmm maybe there is something to this. I went out and purchased some Progesterone cream and per some books I read am taking a lower dose prior to ovulation and then will switch to the higher dose recommended on the bottle after ovulation.
Am I being crazy or do you think this makes sense? I didn't ask my doc about it! She's an OB/GYN and I don't think she's too keen on the alternative therapies.
Also I took my first round of Clomid days 3 - 7 and she says based on my u/s she doesn't think it worked..
Opinions??? Thanks!
