Npc Overdose?

Hey ladies...im wiggin out.
So, Thursday 4/24 in the evening, I stated the NPC. I did 1/2 tsp in the evening (since I was anxious to get started) then friday thru yesterday I've taken it accordingly. Now, I think somewhere along the line, I may have put too much on, because by Tuesday last week I had the worst migrane!!! And I was feeling extremely sluggish!
Well this is bad??? but im at day 10 1/2 and my whole "brand new" pro gest jar is GONE!!! COMPLETELY EMPTY... Should i keep going to day 14?
I "thought" I measured 1/2 tsp every day but I must have been applying too much since someone said their jar 1/4 2 x per day lasts 28 days....

Anyhow, on Friday the 2nd I missed my morning creme application and by lunch time I started cramping and had brown discharge but wanted to keep going to have a healthy AF...

Help?
PS: how long does your jar typically last you (taking 1/2 tsp 2x per day)?

NPC does have some of those side effects and from the amount you are using it doesnt seem like you are overdosing. Sometimes i do feel sluggish when im using it.
my jar says 1/4 - 1/2 tsp per day..maybe for your brand it might be a little much and my jar will last me almost 2 cycles.
