Default NPC and Phyto-estrogen questions(kinda long, sorry)

Back in March of this year I started MET 1500/day. I took it faithfully for 3 3/4 month and then got discouraged when AF never came. Last AF was October 2002. a week ago after having been off the MET for 2 weeks, I tried NPC and GNC's Phyto-estrogen (black cohosh, red clover and soy isoflavones) I only was on it for 2 days when AF arrived.

Here's my question....do you think it was the MET? The natural route couldn't have worked so quickly could it? I am wondering if I should get back on the MET or stick with the NPC and supplements.

Has anything like this ever happened to anyone out there? Thanks for your thoughts
