I've done some research and have decided I'd like to try and regulate my cycles with natural progesterone cream. I'm just curious if it's restored ovulation for anyone?? I've only been able to ovulate with the help of clomid do date. TIA.

NPC helps regulate my period, but I'm not sure if I ovulate or not. (I'm 43 and don't have any children yet.)

Progesterone never helped me ovulate, but helped regulate my cycles when not ovulating. It also helped extend my lutueal phase.

I have met a lady who had a 6 year old, and no other children....read about using NPC to regulate cycles....took it cd14-28 only...and before the next cd14 came around, she was pg....she did that 3 years in a row...
So I guess it's possible.
