I started using NPC at the end of April this year, which gave me a AF at the beginning of May. The first week of the month is when I get an AF, IF I get AF. I ended up having a D&C (2nd one) in July due to uterine lining build up again, which gave me AF at begining of August. Well I haven't had AF since then and all these months I've been using NPC twice a day 1/2 teaspoon stopping for a week each month. So am I doing something wrong? Should I stop NPC the first week of each month when AF is suppose to happen? I am also going to start Saw Palmetto should I start it the 2nd week of the month since AF is suppose to come 1st week? I'm really trying to start AF with herbals that I have used in the past to start AF but this time nothing is working? I don't want to go back to RE and be told that I have to have a 3rd D&C!! Thank you in advance for any help/advice - it is truely appreciated.

From what I understand, when trying to induce AF you should use NPC twice per day for 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off until you get some type of cycle established (i.e.) AF every 30 to 35 days. Your cycle may never be 28 days exactly because of this stupid condition. Also I believe you can start Saw Palmetto any time since it is only affecting the excess androgen.
